Every piece is written to show its sources, limits and review date.

Sources

We prioritise legislation, regulators, public health bodies, systematic reviews and original research. Product marketing and news reports can provide context but are not treated as proof.

Health claims

We distinguish laboratory, animal, observational and clinical evidence. We do not present consumer CBD products as treatments or encourage changes to prescribed care.

Guest contributions

Guest work is labelled with its author. External links are included when they help readers assess the contributor or explore a relevant resource. Guest status does not remove our editorial standards.

Corrections and review

Articles show a review date. Substantive corrections are made promptly. Readers can send a specific note and supporting source through our contact page.
